1. About these terms

Nivoia is operated by AVOXER LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Nivoia", "we", "us", or "our"). These terms explain the conditions for using our store and buying our products. Please review them before ordering. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform; AVOXER LLC is the seller of products purchased from Nivoia.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who can do so. Use the store only for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security or availability, upload harmful code, or misuse other people's personal information.

3. Products and sizing

Review the product description, materials, sizing information, care instructions, and available options before purchasing a jacket. Product images may appear different across screens, but this does not excuse goods that are materially different from their description. Product availability can change.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. The price, shipping charge, applicable taxes, and order total are shown before you place an order. A receipt confirms that we received your order; if a stock, payment, fraud, or material listing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and refund any payment due for an order we cancel.

We will not increase the price of an order you have placed without your agreement. If a correction would change a material term, we will explain the change and give you the option to accept it or cancel for a refund. Prices and product details may change for future purchases.

5. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to eligible US addresses. Our normal estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days total after ordering, including processing and transit. Shipping charges and available methods are shown at checkout. Please read our Shipping Policy for tracking, delays, and delivery problems. Nothing in these terms removes our obligations concerning delivery or refunds under applicable law.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for an incorrect size chosen by the customer. We accept return requests for items that arrive damaged. Applicable rights concerning defective, incorrect, missing, or materially misdescribed products are preserved. Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to make a claim and request a cancellation.

7. Accounts and communications

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may send service messages needed to process an order, resolve a claim, or administer your account. Marketing preferences can be managed through the unsubscribe or preference options provided. A purchase does not override consent requirements that apply to marketing communications.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected, and how to contact us about privacy rights. It governs privacy matters if there is a conflict with these terms.

9. Content and third-party services

Content on the store may be protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to its respective owner. You may use it to shop and for other purposes permitted by law. These terms do not transfer ownership of any trademarks, photographs, or other protected content to you. Third-party links or services may have separate terms and privacy practices; their presence does not make us responsible for matters beyond our control or remove our responsibilities as your seller.

10. Service availability and consumer rights

We may maintain, update, or temporarily interrupt the website. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We will address existing paid orders and refunds as required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory product warranties, liability, or other rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights arising from our fraud, negligence, or failure to supply goods as required.

11. Updates and interpretation

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future orders by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing order. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Applicable US federal law and state consumer protections remain in effect.
